About Kelsey

Plated Table is a space that offers delicious, healthy food that allows you to relax, feel comfortable, and enjoy the luxury of a good meal.  Kelsey’s primary goal is to create a smooth experience that fits your needs from taste to nutrition.

Kelsey cooks the food she enjoys eating –  simple, healthy and seasonal with high quality, locally sourced ingredients.

Kelsey’s kitchen training is composed of experience in several Bloomington kitchens and years of passionate home cooking.  She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition at IU and uses that knowledge to create wholesome menus, balanced in taste and health. She is also the sous baker at Muddy Fork Farm & Bakery.
