Kelsey cooks the food she enjoys eating – simple, healthy and seasonal with high quality, locally sourced ingredients.
Kelsey’s kitchen training is composed of experience in several Bloomington kitchens and years of passionate home cooking. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition at IU and uses that knowledge to create wholesome menus, balanced in taste and health. She is also the sous baker at Muddy Fork Farm & Bakery.
